On July 21, 2023, at approximately 1:00 a.m., 25-year-old David Perez was fatally shot at the Ultimate Game Room, located in Alvin, Texas. The Brazoria County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of gunfire at the establishment, where they found Perez critically injured. He was transported to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
