In the Soulard neighborhood of Saint Louis, Missouri, the life of Justin Michael Spencer, a 33-year-old Caucasian man, was tragically cut short on the night of July 25, 2022. Just before midnight, police were called to the 1300 block of Shenandoah Avenue, the very block where Spencer resided.
