Carlos Leroy Stephens, a 59-year-old white male, was last seen in Loranger, Louisiana, on October 13, 2022. On the same day, his yellow 2003 Chevrolet Tracker with Louisiana license plate number 247BNN was discovered abandoned. The vehicle was located in the middle of the northbound lane on Louisiana State Highway 449 near Tung Oil Road in Pine Grove, Louisiana, with its flashers activated. There was no indication of Stephens's whereabouts at the scene.
