In the early morning hours of January 8, 2014, a violent incident unfolded in the Gate District of St. Louis, Missouri, claiming the life of 20-year-old Romell Clemons. A Black male known affectionately to friends and family as 'Noodles,' Clemons was outside his home just after midnight when he was accosted by a group of individuals.
