In the pre-dawn hours of a summer Saturday in Baltimore, tragedy struck on North Broadway. On July 2, 2022, at approximately 3:34 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 600 block of the street. There, they discovered 33-year-old Jamar Roberson, a male, suffering from gunshot wounds and lying unresponsive. Emergency medical services transported him to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
