In the summer of 2021, the life of Anthony Pernell Neville, a 43-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting. On the morning of August 12, at approximately 10:10 a.m., Neville was discovered on the 2300 block of Tioga Parkway in Baltimore, Maryland, suffering from gunshot wounds.
