In the spring of 2020, the life of Jessie Demary, a 51-year-old Black male from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically cut short. On the evening of April 9th, at approximately 8:03 PM, the sound of gunfire echoed in the 1700 block of Darley Avenue. When the incident was over, Mr. Demary had sustained fatal injuries from a shooting.
