On September 17, 2016, Charles Edward Mitchell III, a 27-year-old resident of Fresno, California, was tragically killed in a shooting. Known for his warm personality and business acumen, Charles was a small business owner in the community. He was fatally shot in the vicinity of Fresno's Tower District, an area known for nightlife and frequenting crowds.
