Zachary Xayavong, a 17-year-old from Fresno, California, tragically lost his life after being shot in the head on July 1, 2021. The incident occurred near Rotary Park at Cedar and Sierra Avenues. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Zachary inside a vehicle, suffering from severe gunshot wounds.
