Kenneth Confer, a 28-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on December 26, 2020. The incident occurred in the El Cerrito neighborhood of San Diego, where Kenneth was found with a gunshot wound to his head on a second-floor landing of an apartment building on El Cajon Boulevard.
