Who killed Darrick Brasley? In the early morning hours of Sunday, November 25, 2012, Darrick Brasley, a 39-year-old African-American male, was in the 1200 block of Columbus Street in the 7th Ward of New Orleans. At approximately 3:50 a.m., an unknown assailant opened fire, striking Brasley twice. One bullet hit him in the right side of his neck, and another struck his chest.
