Tyshawn Powell, a 20-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on June 29, 2019. The incident occurred in the Paradise Hills community, where Powell was found unresponsive in his driveway on the 6200 block of Childs Avenue. Responding officers and paramedics were unable to save him, and he was pronounced dead shortly after their arrival. The cause of death was determined to be multiple gunshot wounds, with at least one fatal shot to the head.
