Gregory Ruffin Jr., a 22-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on February 24, 2019. He was found mortally wounded at a Lincoln Park trolley stop, near the intersection of 47th Street and Imperial Avenue. According to the San Diego Police Department, Ruffin suffered apparent trauma to his upper body. Despite immediate life-saving efforts by emergency responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
