Johnny Ray Swindle, a 20-year-old Navy radioman, was tragically murdered on February 5, 1964, in Ocean Beach, San Diego, California. Johnny and his newlywed wife, Joyce Ann Swindle, were enjoying a stroll along the beach when they were attacked by a sniper.
