On a violent Tuesday night in Baltimore, 38-year-old Damon Gingles, a Black male, was fatally shot. The incident occurred at approximately 9:50 p.m. on April 26, 2016, in the 500 block of North Loudon Avenue. When police responded to a report of gunfire, they discovered Gingles with multiple gunshot wounds to his head and body. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
