In the spring of 2018, a dispute over a marijuana transaction in Waycross, Georgia, set in motion a tragic chain of events that would end a young man's life. On April 5th, 21-year-old Randy 'RJ' Killens Jr. was found shot and bleeding to death in the door jamb of a car. Emergency responders attempted to revive him, but his injuries were too severe. An autopsy would later reveal he had been shot in the thigh, the bullet severing his femoral artery and causing massive blood loss.
