In the late hours of November 19, 2017, Chelsea Beller, a 29-year-old female restaurant manager, was fatally shot during a robbery at the Barcelona Wine Bar on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta, Georgia. As Beller and her colleagues were closing the restaurant at approximately 2:30 a.m., three masked men forced their way into the establishment. The assailants, armed and dangerous, proceeded to bind the employees with electrical tape.
