In the late summer of 2017, the life of 23-year-old Datrell Davon Roberson was tragically cut short in Columbus, Georgia. On the evening of Tuesday, September 19, 2017, gun violence erupted, leaving Roberson and another man, 28-year-old Xavier Scott, dead. A third individual was also wounded in the same incident but survived. Emergency services responded to the scene, and Roberson was transported to the Midtown Medical Center, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
