In a tragic turn of events that unfolded on a late Saturday night in Macon, Georgia, 24-year-old Emmanuel Stroud Jr. lost his life. On September 16, 2017, just before midnight, Bibb County deputies were called to the 2800 block of Walmar Drive where they discovered two men had been shot.
