In the city of New Orleans on December 14, 2021, a burst of gun violence tragically cut short the life of 17-year-old Jarwine Darnell McMaster. The male teenager was discovered deceased alongside 60-year-old Nolan Obey at an apartment complex located on Chef Menteur Highway. Both individuals had sustained fatal gunshot wounds in what authorities have classified as a double homicide.
