In the early morning hours of November 1, 2019, the life of 42-year-old Delveckeo Jackson, a male resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. Jackson was discovered lying on the ground in front of his home on Fairfields Avenue, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
