Kenneth Wayne White Jr., a 37-year-old African American man from Terrell, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on January 12, 2019. He was found dead in his home on the 300 block of Cottage Street, along with another victim, Markiest Lucky, 25, in a separate location less than a mile away on Frazier Street. The police determined that the two shootings were connected.
