In the evening hours of Saturday, January 24, 2026, a burst of violence at a business complex in Fresno, California, claimed the life of 19-year-old Joe Rodriguez. Officers from the Central Policing District were dispatched to the scene near Dakota and Hughes avenues at approximately 9:12 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
