In the spring of 2023, the life of 20-year-old Xavier Simmons was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting at Atlanta's Westside Park. On the evening of April 19, police responded to a call and discovered Simmons' body underneath a pavilion. He had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
