In the early morning hours of October 24, 2024, the life of 30-year-old Artez Antonio Collins, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 3:08 a.m., Baltimore Police officers were dispatched to the 700 block of East 20th Street after a ShotSpotter alert indicated gunfire in the area. Upon their arrival, they found Collins suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
