On the early morning of November 30, 2023, the life of 18-year-old Isiah Lamont Greenwood was tragically cut short. A Black male, Isiah was discovered by Northwest District patrol officers around 6:00 a.m. in the 2400 block of Talbot Road in Baltimore, Maryland, lying unresponsive in the street. He had sustained gunshot wounds, and despite the arrival of medics, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
