In the spring of 2023, tragedy struck the city of Baltimore when Delvonta Grimes, a 34-year-old Black man, was killed. On the evening of May 15th, officers from the Baltimore Police Department were dispatched to the 2400 block of Washington Boulevard following reports of a shooting.
