In the early hours of January 5, 2020, a shooting shattered the quiet of a residential neighborhood. Responding to a call at approximately 1:15 a.m. in the 300 block of Audrey Avenue in Brooklyn Park, Maryland, officers discovered a 20-year-old male, Elias Armando Maldonado Garcilazo, suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
