In the warm afternoon of Father's Day in Atlanta, Georgia, a young man's life was tragically cut short in a burst of violence. Twenty-one-year-old Frances Jamaal Edmonds, a male resident of the city, was in Oakland Park on that Sunday in June of 2014 when he was shot multiple times.
