In the early hours of April 1, 2023, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Orange Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 1800 block of Church Street in Orange, Texas. Upon arrival, they discovered 25-year-old Dalvin Levi lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound. Levi was promptly transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, where he was later pronounced deceased.
