On December 5, 2017, John Timothy Graves, a 27-year-old father of three, was found shot inside a black Ford Mustang convertible at the intersection of Clinton Avenue and First Street in Fresno, California. The shooting occurred around midnight when another vehicle pulled alongside Graves' car and fired multiple rounds. Graves was unarmed and reportedly not involved in any criminal activity.
