On July 5, 2017, Delon Agee, a 41-year-old resident of Fresno, California, was shot multiple times at an apartment complex on East Jensen Avenue. Agee succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital. He was unarmed at the time of the attack, and authorities have stated that he had no gang affiliations, suggesting that the motive for the shooting might not have been related to gang activity.

The suspect, Ibn Lugman Haqq, 21, was arrested in connection to Agee's murder just days later. How ...
