In the autumn of 2022, a weekend in Baltimore was marred by violence that claimed the life of 59-year-old Marcellus Hall, a Black male resident of the city. On the morning of Sunday, November 6th, at approximately 9:24 a.m., authorities were called to the 3600 block of West Rogers Avenue. There, they discovered Mr. Hall had been fatally shot.
