In the late afternoon of April 2, 2020, the life of 43-year-old Dacron Hobbs, a Black male from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically cut short. First responders were called to the 4300 block of Reisterstown Road at approximately 4:16 p.m., where they found Hobbs suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Sinai Hospital, but the medical staff was unable to save him, and he succumbed to his injuries.
