In the quiet morning hours of December 27, 2019, the life of 20-year-old Deshawn Ramsey of Cockeysville, Maryland, was tragically cut short in an apartment on the 3500 block of Dean Drive in Hyattsville. Responding to a report of a shooting at approximately 9:30 a.m., Prince George's County police officers discovered Ramsey inside the residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
