Marquis Lamar Hargrove, a 20-year-old aspiring rapper from National City, California, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2021. Hargrove was found lying in the roadway on East 20th Street with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred early on Halloween morning, and it was later revealed that Hargrove was unarmed at the time of the shooting.
