Carl Collins Jr., a 29-year-old African American male from Augusta, Georgia, tragically lost his life on September 22, 2020. Collins Jr. was found murdered on the 2400 block of Old Barton Chapel Road, an area he was known to frequent. The Richmond County Sheriff's Office reported that he had been shot at least once and was transported to Doctors Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after midnight on September 23, 2020.
