John Clifford "Cliff" Baxter, a 43-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was an executive at Enron Corporation. He was born on September 27, 1958, in Amityville, New York, and graduated from New York University and Columbia University. Baxter served in the U.S. Air Force from 1980 to 1985, achieving the rank of captain. He joined Enron in 1991 and rose to the position of Chief Strategy Officer before resigning in May 2001.
