On March 23, 2023, a tragic shooting occurred at an apartment complex in the 300 block of Southeast 11th Avenue in Pompano Beach, Florida, resulting in the deaths of two men, one of whom was identified as Joshua Abdiel Moise, aged 23.

Moise was shot and killed outside the apartment building of his girlfriend, Bianca Garcia. According to Garcia, she heard back-to-back gunshots just before 11 a.m. and immediately ran to look for Moise. She found him and his friend lying on the ground, bot ...
