On the evening of November 13, 2024, at approximately 8:23 p.m., Frisco police officers responded to reports of gunshots near the Walmart located at the intersection of Eldorado Parkway and FM 423. Upon arrival, they discovered 22-year-old Ja'Karrion Craig lying in the parking lot with gunshot wounds to his chest and foot. Despite immediate lifesaving efforts by officers and Frisco Fire personnel, Craig was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
