Investigations revealed that Lester Lewis was the perpetrator of this tragic event. He fatally shot his daughter, Janiya; his former partner, Porsha; and her father, Bobby Kiel, before taking his own life. Authorities have indicated that there is no ongoing threat to the community, describing the incident as isolated.
