In the summer of 2016, a resident of Baltimore, Maryland, named Steven Burnell Davis, a 47-year-old male, became another victim of the city's ongoing violence. On the evening of August 17th, on the 200 block of South Ellicott Drive, Davis was discovered with gunshot wounds. Despite the prompt arrival of emergency services, his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
