In the midst of a year marked by escalating violence in Baltimore, 37-year-old Joseph Jones, a male, became another victim of the city's grim homicide count. On the evening of November 16, 2015, the sound of gunfire echoed in the 5300 block of Sinclair Lane. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered Jones suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
